Therapy works best when the client and therapist form an authentic connection. It is always Justin’s aim to be someone whom the client feels fully comfortable with and who provides insights that are otherwise unreachable on one’s own. Life provides periods of intense difficulty, pain, as well as suffering, and it can feel overwhelming. Justin’s approach focuses on understanding these feelings with the goal of decreasing the distress. He strives to make therapy an answer for someone who wants to explore feelings, work through the difficult times and learn about oneself in an unbiased, non-judgmental environment.
Justin is a Middle Tennessee native who has lived in Kentucky, Illinois, and California. His undergraduate degree is in Music Business and he enjoys restoring cars. He is married and has two children and an Australian Shepherd. In his spare time he volunteers with Alzheimer’s patients. He is also an advocate for organ donation as he is a kidney transplant recipient. Justin’s favorite quote is “Do or do not. There is no try” (Yoda).
